Web Shop Terms & Conditions

Offer available to UK Mainland only (England, Scotland and Wales), excluding Highlands and Isles.

Purchasers must be 18 years or over.

We aim to deliver goods on a “next day” service if your order is received before midday Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after midday Monday to Thursday will normally be dispatched the following day. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will normally be dispatched on Monday. If we are out of stock of the item you have ordered we will notify you within 24 hours. In this case the goods will be delivered as soon as possible.

The consumer has the right to cancel the order, with a full refund, within 7 working days from the day after the goods are delivered. The cost of returning the goods lies with the consumer. The goods must be returned in the same state as when delivered and in the original packaging.

Shipping Terms

All shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the weight of the goods.

If you need to make a return for any reason please contact us using the details below. We will usually refund the cost of the goods but not the shipping costs.
