Potters’ customers are located across the entire UK. We therefore aim to split our service team to satisfactorily cover the varying geographical regions. We are proud to have an extremely high customer retention rate and have dealt with many of our pullet customers since we began trading over 40 years ago. The experience of visiting these customers, as well as having managed over 100k Free-Range and Barn layers of our own; has allowed everyone at Potters to gain an insight into the sort of problems faced by egg producers on a daily basis. This enables our team to offer advice based on experience and assist customers in everyway possible to maximise their flock performance.
